- These guys are fantastic. They told me every single thing they did before they did it. They told me about a problem with my car I didn't know I had. They do a through inspection of your car (a 15 point inspection) and they actually do it. They are fast too. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and personable. They were recommended to me and I'm really glad they were. This is my new go to place now for real professionalism. I fully recommend them. - The most awesome and honest place for car service. I found this place by having my car wash next door. I normally don’t just go any car services because of previous bad experience. After talked to other satisfy customers. I thought I give it a try. 5 stars service, efficient, and trust worthy. - Amazing service. Almost feel like they're family. The manager is super kind and told me to have a blessed day. You dont hear that often. - Best and nicest group of people you’d ever want to meet. I went today with about 4000 miles but oil hadn’t been changed in 10 months. They recommended I come back at 5000 miles or by 12 months to save myself money. They checked under the hood and tires and sent me on my way. - Excellent service. Used a Groupon and got about $13 off a conventional oil change. Everyone was kind and explained everything. They provided a printout for services I can be planning for in the future and when those need to be done—and also how long each service takes to perform. - Recently, while traveling to Florida, we experienced issues with our car. The staff at East Ridge Fast Lube were beyond helpful. Considering that we were traveling out-of-owners this could have been a terrible experience. It was not! Randy, the service manager and his crew were wonderful. The problem with the vehicle turned out to be minor in terms of our journey but we were so impressed by the honesty and service we received. Even the other customers were helpful and sang the praises of this shop. We left with a wonderful opinion of the shop and the Chattanooga area. Thanks to Randy and his crew!- jane gagnon. 11/2/2017

- I bought my 2003 Ford Focus brand new and no one has been allowed to service it but this place. I've never been disappointed with anything I've had done there. The car now has 127k and was really giving me fits with banging and clunking underneath and they stayed at it until they got it all fixed and even discounted some of the charges. That was today. They've always been so good to me and have never tried to cheat me "just because I'm a female". I've even had them tell me I didn't need something done when they could have made some money off of me.
